World of ClaudeCraft · Patch notes
An economy-and-open-world patch: trash respawn now scales with the zone's level (no more farming low-level camps into the ground), escort quest ambush waves stop leaking mobs in a loop, whole mob families become harvestable for professions — and the best farm spots take a real hit. Click a bubble for the detailed rules.
Every open-world trash mob used to come back on the same 25-second timer, regardless of zone level. A high-level camp respawned just as fast as a starter camp — not anymore.
60s in starter zones (up to level 7), 120s in the Mirefen Marsh band (up to level 14), 180s above that. Named rares and hand-authored timers don't change.
The tiers in detailEscort quest ambush waves used to let mobs linger indefinitely. And fifteen beast, spider and reptile templates that carried no coin finally join skinning.
Mobs spawned for an ambush wave no longer respawn in place — a slain wave corpse keeps its full loot window, then decays normally. Affects Frostveil Reach, Wraithwood, Palmreach and Farshore.
What was brokenFifteen templates of mobs that carried no coin gain harvestable component tags — skinning now works everywhere these families spawn, without removing any coin the mob already carried.
The detailsThe respawn tiers change the math for the game's two most profitable routes — untouched directly, they simply take the hit.
Thornpeak Heights' Glimmermere corridor drops from 189.2 to 27.5 gold/hr and from 1,290,000 to 183,000 XP/hr. The Veiled Hollow guardians drop from 42.3 to 11.8 gold/hr.
