Patch notes v0.39.2

One new thing, and it changes how you plan your weekend: the Double Honor Weekend comes to Thornhollow Fields. From Saturday to Monday, every battleground Honor award pays double — and above all, a played-out loss pays like a win: 120 instead of 20. Arena, Fiesta and duels stay at weekday rates. No combat value changes.

01The Double Honor Weekend, at Thornhollow Fields

The reasoning behind the event is simple: Thornhollow Fields needs ten players to seat a 5v5, and a dead queue five days out of seven keeps casual players from progressing toward Warfare gear. Concentrating everyone into a window known in advance is what makes matches pop.

Everything doubles Event

All four battleground Honor sources are multiplied by 2: the match result, kills, assists and the first-win-of-the-day bonus. A win goes from 60 to 120, and the first of the day from 80 to 160.

Losing no longer wastes the evening The real change

This is the strongest part of the event, and it is not just a doubling. Inside the window, a played-out loss — and a draw — pays the win rate: 120 instead of 20, six times more. Deserting, on the other hand, still pays nothing.

Exactly when Good to know

The window does not follow midnight but the realm's daily reset, at 3 AM. So it opens Saturday at 3 AM and closes Monday at 3 AM: Sunday evening is entirely inside it, and the event never shuts mid-session.

What does NOT double Scope

  • Ranked arena (1v1, 2v2) stays at weekday rates: 25 and 50 Honor per win.
  • Fiesta too — takedowns, completion and win bonus unchanged.
  • Protect Yumi, the Vale Cup and duels still pay no Honor at all, event or not.
  • That is deliberate: the event targets the battleground, the one whose queue struggles to fill.

The decay is still there Careful

  • Against the same team in a day, the 2nd match pays 60 and the 3rd (and beyond) 30.
  • On the same player within one match, kills pay 10, 5, 2, then nothing.
  • The decay applies before the doubling: variety pays, grinding one target does not.

Where to see it in game Signposts

  • A chip appears on the Thornhollow Fields tab of the PvP window while the event runs.
  • The in-game calendar shows the event on Saturday and Sunday, so you can plan ahead.
  • Saturday therefore carries two rows: the existing Arena Clash, and Double Honor.

02And nothing else

This is a content hotfix in the strict sense: it adds an event, and touches nothing else.

Nothing moves in combat Scope

  • No value: no spell, no talent, no mastery, no set.
  • No item, no mob, no quest, no zone.
  • FURY prices do not change either: what doubles is what you earn, not what you spend.

The scenery has not changed Behind the scenes

  • The Fenbridge 3D models were re-stamped as part of the version bump.
  • Only their internal fingerprint moves: identical geometry and textures, identical size, no visible difference.
  • Same operation as in v0.39.1, for the same reason.

The two previous releases still stand Reminder

  • v0.39.1 unblocked the desktop app, stuck on world entry.
  • v0.39.0 keeps its two walkable castles and its feral druid rework.
  • The guild's PvP guide is up to date with the event.
