World of ClaudeCraft · Patch notes
The biggest patch in a long while: Rifts — instanced dungeons generated endlessly from nothing but a seed, ranked C to S —, eleven new realms with 105 quests and the Wildheart Basin dungeon, mounts turned into real bag items, and a chunk-streamed world with an interactive continent map. Click a bubble for the detailed rules.
The heart of the patch: fully procedural instanced dungeons, rebuilt identically from three numbers — a seed, a level, a floor index. Four portal ranks, eight environments, and a hand-authored citadel hiding in some seeds.
Every rift is generated from seed + level + floor, nothing else: server, offline sim and client rebuild exactly the same dungeon. Each descent runs 3 to 6 floors, with an environment rolled per floor.
How it worksFour portal ranks — C (lvl 20), B (22), A (25), S (28). The higher the rank, the more mechanics bosses reveal: 1 at C, up to 4 at S, with increasingly muscular heroic tuning.
The difficulty ladderA guaranteed item from rank C, a guaranteed epic from B up — and at rank S, two exclusive legendaries at 0.3% each: Heart of the Rift and Voidsong.
The reward tableThe world grows all at once: eleven new realms, 105 quests, 48 new NPCs — and an open-field dungeon hidden behind a sunken idol.
From the Veiled Hollow to the Farshore by way of the Drakelands and the Evergarden: eleven realms, each with its own quests and inhabitants.
The full listA level-20 open-field dungeon hidden behind the Sunken Idol in the Palmreach: a flooded jungle caldera, two routes around a beast island, and a ritual terrace beneath a colossal jaguar shrine.
Guided tourThe persistent selection is gone: reins are ordinary usable items. Keep them in a bag, drag them to an action bar, click to mount.
All six mounts now exist as reins items: bag, action bar, one click and you're mounted. Switching mounts is instant, dismounting needs no channel — and riding training remains the prerequisite.
The system in detailChunk streaming replaces loading the world in one block: you see further, memory stops overflowing, and terrain fills in the blank spots on the map.
The world now loads chunk by chunk around you instead of residing whole in memory: greater view distance with no memory ceiling — it's what makes eleven realms at once possible.
What it changesThe combat meter panels move, resize and split apart, hovering breaks damage down — and no greeting NPC is silent anymore.
The combat meter panels are movable, resizable and separable — and hovering a row opens the damage breakdown, spell by spell.
What changes on screen72 new NPC voices and 334 new clips join the game — 90 voices and 525 voiced lines in total: no greeting NPC is silent anymore.
The full numbersTwo legendaries, twelve epics, ten rares — reins aside. At a glance: who drops what, at what rate — click a card for the full list, and any name for its Codex sheet.
Heart of the Rift (all-class necklace) and Voidsong (caster dagger) — 0.3% each, only on an S-rank rift clear.
Both sheetsThe 4 clear epics (guaranteed from rank B), Zulgar's 3 weapons in the Wildheart Basin, the 3 Riftbound rings from first-clears — and the 2 mount reins of rank S.
The list and sourcesEach rift environment has its signature piece (+ two for the Infernal Citadel): a slim chance on trash, a fat chance on the environment's boss — at every rank.
